StrikoWestofen Group Has New Ownership StrikoWestofen集团有了新的所有权
StrikoWestofen, Gummersbach, Germany, a global man-
ufacturer of melting and dosing systems, has a new owner. Munich-based Auctus Capital Partners AG has acquired the majority share in the StrikoWestofen Group. Up to now, the majority share in the group belonged to BPE Fund Investors GmbH, Hamburg, Germany. “With Auctus, a well-known partner has been won as an
investor, a partner who knows the light metal casting industry and holds our role as a technological pioneer in high regard,” said Rudolf Riedel, managing director, StrikoWestofen. He noted Auctus will support the company’s further expansion in growth markets. Te company’s management and product development focus
remains the same. Te aim is to further expand the company’s technological advancement in global markets and to achieve healthy growth. It has produc- tion facilities in Europe, China and North America.

SECO/Warwick Announces Toyota Contract in Ukraine SECO/Warwick集团和日本丰田在乌克兰开展合作
SECO/WARWICK Europe S.A., Świebodzin, Poland, has signed a contract with Japan-based Toyota for delivery of a rotary hearth furnace for aging of aluminum castings and modernization of an existing mesh belt roller hearth furnace processing line in the Ukraine. In the second half of February, the Atmosphere Furnaces business segment of SECO/Warwick Europe S.A. com- missioned a roller hearth furnace processing line for the heat treatment of ARLHE-T-700 type bearing rings. Te technological installation will operate at Harkovskij Pod- shipnikovyj Zavod (HARP), PAO. It is a member of the Industrial Group UPEC. UPEC is one of the largest Ukrainian private-sector
companies in the machine industry. Te company manu- factures components and mechanisms for the automotive, agricultural, railway and metallurgy sectors.

UPEC是乌克兰机械行业最大的私营企业之一。该企 业为汽车、农业、铁路、冶金行业生产零配件和机械制 品。该处理线是SECO/WARWICK集团欧洲股份公司生 产的三大加工线之一。目前，第二条处理线ARLHE-T正 在检测之中。
