ment, improve incentive and restraint mechanism, accelerate the construction of a resource-saving and environmentally- friendly manufacturing pattern and consumption mode, maintain sustainability and elevate the ecologically civilized level. In conclusion, it is incumbent upon the Chinese metal- casting industry to adopt the green casting pattern. In order to promote green development, the 12th five-year


plan proposal highlights the objective of energy conservation and emission reduction: by the end of 2015, energy con- sumption per ton in foundries will be 20% less than that in 2010 and waste disposal will be reduced by 15%. Implemen- tation of the energy conservation and emission reduction and acceleration of the industry structure optimization should be the top priority in the course of industry transformation and upgrade in order to achieve green casting process. General guidance for the green manufacturing technology-foundry section has been formulated and aimed at directing Chi- nese casting plants towards a green casting pattern. In 2013, foundry industry admission criteria will be formulated, focus- ing on determination of admission criteria in terms of energy consumption, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization and access identification of Chinese plants, which will facilitate the industry structure upgrade and green foundry development. Tose green casting approaches, such as energy conservation, emission reduction, health and safety, will be put into practice and implemented in the Chinese metalcasting facilities, making a huge difference to the global casting industry.

为推进中国绿色铸造发展,在中国制定的《铸造行 业“十二五”发展规划建议》提出了中国铸造产业的节 能减排目标:到2015年末,吨铸件能耗较2010年的能 耗降低20%,废弃物排放降低15%。加快中国铸造业 节能减排及产业结构优化调整,是推进中国铸造产业 转型升级、迈向绿色铸造发展的最重要任务。中国已 制定了《绿色制造通用技术导则 铸造》(《General guidance for green manufacturing technology- Foundry section》)国家标准,用于指导中国铸造企 业构建绿色制造生产模式。2013年,中国政府即将发 布《铸造行业准入条件》,重点从“能源消耗”、“环 境保护与综合利用”和“职业健康安全及劳动保护”等 方面制定了具体准入标准,对中国铸造企业开展“准入 认定”,这一国家产业引导政策将促进中国铸造产业深 化结构调整,促进中国绿色铸造发展。相信节能减排、 健康、安全等“绿色铸造”理念必将在中国铸造企业日 益强化,中国的绿色铸造发展也必将为世界铸造业发展 做出自己的贡献。
