The Savelli large flask molding line (3,000 x 1,800 x 500/500mm) produces 10 molds/hr.

manages all of the problems and issues related to projects concerning Savelli plants and machines. It can offer complete software and hardware projects, realization of operator-machine interface systems (molding line supervision PC), final testing and commis- sioning, operator training and customer service. For its own produced equipment, Savelli offers sand

mixers, sand coolers, polygonal screens, or complete sand reclamation, preparation and distribution plants (over 600 tons/hr.). It provides horizontal flask molding machines and complete lines with three different mold compaction processes: high pressure squeezing, Formim- press (high pressure double squeezing) and Aero-Flux (precompaction by air). Te three main peculiarities that make Savelli mold- ing lines successful and convinced customers such as John Deere and Renault are: • The molding system Formimpress (high pressure double squeezing) that permits the best mold quality and sand/metal ratio.

• The new generation mold transport systems with El-Mecs (electro-mechanical devices), instead of tra- ditional hydraulic cylinders, which guarantee energy savings, lower maintenance and higher efficiency.

• Flaskless cooling houses with electro-welded cool- ing boxes instead of heavy in flask cooling lines, which reduces the initial investment and ensures high energy savings. For these new generation technologies, Savelli was

able to realize the largest molding lines today installed in the world, capable to reach the highest performances: • Renault (Le Mans, France), F1 molding line, 1,300 x 1,100 x 250/200mm for the production of brake disks and drums at the speed of 250 complete molds/hr.

• JSC Altajvagon (Barnaul, Russia), F1 molding line, 3,000 x 1,800 x 500/500mm for the production of rail steel castings and boogies for rail wagons at the rate of 10 complete molds/hr.

• Deere & Company (Waterloo, Iowa, USA), F1 molding line, 1,830 x 1,425 x 560/560mm for the production of agricultural castings for tractors at the rate of 120 complete molds/hr.; 2 hours in flask cooling + 8 hours in cooling jackets; sand system for 610 tons/hr. 

可提供水平有箱造型机和有三种不同铸型压 实工艺的全套造型线:高压挤压、Formimpress(高压 双面挤压)和Aero-Flux(空气预紧实)。
